Coral Sand 4 kilo
A fine natural substrate ideal for marine aquaria. The
perfect media for maximum biological activity. Can be
used in coldwater bowls and aquaria as well as marine
systems. Supplied pre-washed - can be added directly
to aquarium without further attention.
Please note: fine grain size means it may
not be suitable for all types of undergravel filter.
In marine systems best used as a top substrate separated
by a gravel tidy from a buffering substrate such as
Calcium Plus or Coral Gravel.

AquaGrit
AquaGrit 2.5 kg & 15 kg.
A non-calcareous gravel, manufactured from selected
virgin clays, enriched with trace elements. Ideal
for planted freshwater and Discus aquaria. Wash thoroughly
before use to avoid clouding. Highly recommended
for aquaria where a lush plant growth is desired.
Slow release of nutrients ensures constant supply of
essentials helping to promote growth of all aquarium
plants.
AquaGrit will sometimes drop the pH of the aquarium
and whilst this helps to reduce algal problems it may
produce conditions which are not suitable for live bearers
and other more alkaline loving fish species. Perfect
for tetras and most other pH adaptable species.
For best results recommended quantity of gravel is from
2.5 kg to 3.75 kg per square foot of aquarium base area.
