Terms And Conditions. -- Last updated - 03/11/2000

Refund/Returns Policy

You can purchase in confidence. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase within a period of 14 days from receipt of goods you may return the item(s) for a full refund. All returns are subject to condition that the item(s) and packaging are in perfect condition. lifeforceonline.co.uk reserve the right to deduct an amount from any refund should we deem that the returned item(s) / packaging do not fulfill the previous criteria. Any such punitive deduction is entirely at our discretion without resort to mediation. Postal, carriage or other delivery charges for items returned are at the expense of the returnee and lifeforceonline.co.uk do not accept any liability whatsoever for charges incurred when returning any item previously supplied unless found to be damaged or faulty in which case refer to "Damaged And Faulty Goods" below. In all cases, returned item(s) should be accompanied with a completed return's document which is provided with goods on delivery. All sections on the returns document must be filled in for us to process the return(s).

Damaged And Faulty Goods. Any item(s) found to be faulty or damaged on delivery should be returned to the returns address below within 14 days of receipt. If following examination item(s) are deemed to be damaged or faulty, a refund for delivery charge incurred will be made against the payment method used for the original transaction. In all cases, returned item(s) should be accompanied with a completed return's document which is provided with goods on delivery. All sections on the returns document must be filled in for us to process the return(s).

Please note ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT USING PARCELFORCE. The PF BOX service facility will only accept deliveries VIA PARCELFORCE.

Product Guarantees

All Products (except perishable goods) are covered by manufacturer's warranty for a minimum period of 12 months or longer if so specified. Items deemed to be faulty within the guarantee period should be returned to lifeforceonline.co.uk for replacement or refund. Replacement or refund is entirely at the discretion of lifeforceonline.co.uk. All returns must be accompanied by dated proof of purchase, we are unable to service any guarantee claims or returns without proof of purchase information. (The invoice document provided is also your receipt). If items returned are found not to be faulty as defined by the limitations of the manufacturers warranty then a service / handling charge plus return postage and packing charge will be payable by the returnee.

Security

All transactions are handled by a secure server (SSL) provided by a leading Internet bank. Credit card information is encrypted and NO RECORD OF CARD DETAILS ARE HELD BY lifeforceonline.co.uk AT ANY TIME. In accordance with the UK data protection acts of 1984 & 1998 we follow observation of strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information you have given to us including your personal details. We may, on occasion pass some of your details onto third parties if we feel they may offer products or services in which you may have an interest. You can forbid any such transfer by indicating so in the box provided at shop checkout or by sending an e-mail message to our customer support dept. on admin@lifeforceonline.co.uk SHOP IN CONFIDENCE!! Should you wish to pay by alternative method such as cheque or postal order please allow 10 working days for process prior to goods dispatch. lifeforceonline.co.uk accept no liability whatsoever for fraudulent card transactions which have previously been accepted and cleared by our Internet bank provider.

Complaints Procedure

If you wish to make a complaint about the goods or services provided by lifeforceonline.co.uk we have established a comprehensive complaints procedure and guarantee to reply within 5 working days and resolve all complaints within 30 days of your enquiry. Our aim is to ensure that any and all complaints are handled sympathetically, efficiently and confidentially. Solving Disputes

We are sure that any and all complaints and disputes can and will be resolved to your satisfaction by lifeforceonline.co.uk but should an impasse be reached you may contact Which? Web Trader (applied for) to have your complaint resolved. You will also be entitled to free legal advice and information from Which? Legal Service (applied for)

Conditions Of Website & Online Shopping Facility Use

You must be 18 years of age or older to order and purchase any and all goods from this website. All orders are accepted on the basis that the person placing the order is 18 years of age or older. No contract will subsist between you and lifeforceonline.co.uk for the sale by it to you of any product unless and until lifeforceonline.co.uk has received funds for payment in full by any prescribed methods as detailed and currently: credit card, cheque, or U.K. postal order and such funds have been cleared and banked by ourselves or our nominated Internet bank service provider. Acceptance of the order will be deemed complete when provision of funds as specified have been wholly allocated by the appropriate method and cleared by our nominated bank. For the avoidance of doubt, any such contract will be deemed to have been concluded in the United Kingdom. Further, any such contract will be interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of England and you and lifeforceonline.co.uk irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
